Team, roles and multiple teams

How Dialstitch teams work: owner, admin and member roles, what each can do, removing people, and switching between teams.

Everything in Dialstitch belongs to a team: numbers, calls, texts, contacts and settings. When you sign up, Dialstitch creates a team for you and makes you its owner.

Roles

  • Owner: everything an admin can do, plus removing members. A team's creator is its owner.
  • Admin: the Admin area (numbers, routing, AI coaching, billing, integrations, retention, E911 and API keys), plus Live Calls, Wallboard and every team member's analytics and QA.
  • Member: calling, texting, contacts, chat, call lists and AI calls. Members see their own stats and QA evaluations under Insights, and get Team in place of Admin.

Your team page

Open Team (or Admin, then Team) to see the team's plan, seats and members. Owners and admins can open billing from there.

Remove a member

Owners can remove a member from the Team page with Remove. Your subscription's seat count updates to match, prorated. People who delete their own account under Settings are removed from the team too.

More than one team

You can belong to several teams, such as two separate businesses. Use the team menu in the header to switch. Each team has its own plan, numbers and data. You can create up to 10 teams.
