Getting started
Set up Dialstitch in about ten minutes: create your team, choose a plan, pick your number, set your emergency address and make your first call.
This guide takes you from a new account to your first call. It takes about ten minutes.
Create your account
Sign up at /signup. Dialstitch creates a team for you and makes you its owner.
Choose a plan
Pick Starter, Pro or Contact Centre, annual or monthly, and pay on the secure checkout page. You're billed per team member.
Pick your number
Choose one of the suggested local numbers, or search by area code, city or digits. Dialstitch buys it and connects it. Your first local number is included.
Set your emergency address
Add your office address under Admin, then Emergency (E911), and link it to your number so 911 calls send the right location.
Allow the microphone
Open Phone and allow microphone access when your browser asks. Set your status to Available in the header.
Make a call
Type a number on the dialpad and select Call. When it ends, pick a disposition. The call shows up in Calls with its recording, transcript and AI summary.
Set up routing
Incoming calls follow whatever the number points at. Out of the box, a number rings the person or team it's assigned to, then goes to voicemail. When you're ready for more:
- Ring groups ring several people at once.
- Call queues hold callers until someone is free.
- IVR menus let callers press a key to pick a department.
- Business hours decide what happens when you're closed.
- AI voice agents answer calls for you.
Get notified
Install Dialstitch from your browser's address bar to use it like a desktop app. Then turn on push notifications in Settings > Notifications so you hear about calls and texts when Dialstitch isn't in front of you.
