Live transcription and AI notes
Dialstitch transcribes every call live and writes a summary, action items, sentiment and more when the call ends. Here's what you get and where to find it.
Every recorded call is transcribed, and the AI writes up what happened. There's nothing to turn on: it's included on every plan.
During the call
The Live call panel opens on the right side of the screen when you're on a call. You can collapse it. It has three tabs:
- Transcript: the conversation as it happens, labeled caller and agent.
- Notes: your notes for this call. They save as you type.
- Playbook: your checklist for the call, if one applies. See Live coaching.
The panel also shows the caller's live sentiment, any assist cards that fit the conversation, and their CRM record if you've connected one.
After the call
Shortly after the call ends, the call's page in Calls shows:
- The full transcript, searchable.
- A short summary, 2 to 4 sentences.
- Action items.
- The call's purpose, such as Sales, Customer Support or Billing Inquiry.
- The outcome: resolved, unresolved, follow-up needed, sale, no answer or other.
- Sentiment, overall and from start to end.
- A predicted customer satisfaction score from 1 to 5. It's an estimate from the transcript, not a survey answer.
- Any AI Moments found.
- A draft QA evaluation, if a scorecard applies. See QA scorecards.
Voicemails get a transcript and summary too.
