Call lists and do-not-call
Work through a list of numbers one call at a time with the Dialstitch dialer, and keep a do-not-call list that blocks calls and texts.
Call lists turn a set of numbers into a queue you dial one by one. Call lists and the do-not-call list are part of the Pro and Contact Centre plans.
Create a list (admins)
Open Call Lists and select Create List. Give it a Name and a Description. Admins can edit and archive lists.
Add numbers
Anyone can add entries. Open a list and select Add Entries:
- From Contacts adds every phone number of the contacts you pick.
- Paste Numbers takes one number per line. Lines that aren't valid numbers are skipped. Duplicates aren't removed.
Dial
Start
Select Start Dialing. The dialer shows one entry at a time.
Call or skip
Select Call to dial, or Skip to move on.
Log the outcome
When the call ends, pick a disposition. The entry is marked Completed and the next one comes up.
When you've worked through the list, you'll see "All done!". Entries are Pending, Completed or Skipped. The dialer calls from your personal number, or a shared number if you don't have one.
Do-not-call list
Numbers on the do-not-call list can't be called or texted from Dialstitch: not from the phone, call lists, the Inbox, AI calls, workflows or the API. Admins manage it under Admin, then Do Not Call.
- Add one number with an optional Reason (up to 255 characters).
- Import up to 5,000 numbers at once, one per line, with an optional comma and reason.
- Search the list to check a number.
If someone tries to reach a blocked number, they see that it's on your do-not-call list and that an admin can remove it.
