Dispositions

Log the outcome of every Dialstitch call with dispositions and sub-dispositions, and set up your team's disposition list.

A disposition records how a call went, such as Connected, Left Voicemail or Callback Requested. They feed analytics, workflows, CRM logs and webhooks.

Pick a disposition

When a call ends, Select Call Disposition opens. Pick one and select Save Disposition. Saving it also ends your wrap-up time.

It's optional. If you close it, the call shows Needs disposition, and you can set it later from the call's page with Set Disposition.

Set up your list (admins)

The first time someone opens the picker, Dialstitch creates a default list: Connected, Left Voicemail, No Answer, Callback Requested, Wrong Number, Not Interested and Busy. To change it:

  1. Open Dispositions

    Go to Admin, then Dispositions.

  2. Add a disposition

Select Add on the list. Enter the Disposition Name and choose a Direction: Everything, Inbound Only or Outbound Only.

  3. Add sub-dispositions

Pick a Parent Disposition to nest one under another, such as Not Interested > Price.

  4. Set a default

Tick Set as default to have it pre-selected when the picker opens.
