A phone system that writes things down

Dialstitch is a cloud phone system for teams that talk to customers all day. We built it so the notes, the outcome and the follow-up happen on their own.

Why we built it

Most phone systems treat the call as the end of the job. The real work starts after: typing notes, updating the CRM, remembering to call back. Teams lose hours a week to it, and the notes are often wrong.

Dialstitch transcribes every call, writes the summary and action items, and logs the outcome to your CRM. People get to focus on the conversation.

What's in the box

  • Business numbers and a browser softphone
  • Live transcription, AI summaries and dispositions
  • Call queues, ring groups, IVR menus and workflows
  • Call lists, a do-not-call list and scheduled callbacks
  • Wallboard, listen, whisper and barge for supervisors
  • SMS and MMS, voicemail transcription and team chat
  • HubSpot, Salesforce and Zendesk sync, plus a REST API and webhooks

How it runs

Dialstitch runs in the browser, with nothing to install and no hardware to manage. Calling covers the US and Canada, and E911 addresses are validated for US locations.
